The Jewel in da palace madness..
Well, sure most all of you know that that korean show called "Jewel in the palace" or "大长今" if im not wrong appearing in the time slots of channel "U". As usual, those in the older age gaps or china teachers will be obsessed with it, etc, spend time watching them instead of marking our assignments, blah blah. Oh well, lets call it the "COLON CRAZINESS". Why? Cuz "大长" sounds "大肠" which in chinese, means "large intestine" or "colon". Anyway, lets get BACK to the point before we side trek more like *cough cough*
Heres a picture if you're as clueless as a reindeer stuck in headlights:
Well, thats the VCD cover of it. And yes, to answer this question of "HOW COME HE HAS IT!?" Cause i have parents, they belong to the older generation, AND they have enough SURPLUS cash to buy it instead of waiting for channel U to finish showing it. So they spent a week of not going to work just to watch this (talk about craziness) Sheesh, talk about it, and to think my dad keeps going "STOP PLAYING THE COMPUTER! YOU'RE GETTING ADDICTED!" Look who's talking.. Oh well, he HAS a point, but im not the sort that DIES without my maplestory. But then again, his addiction dies once he's finished with the damn Fig 1.0, VCD Cover of "Jewel In the Palace series. Don't even know what's so nice about it.
Oh well, its been raining lately, im stranded at home with nothing better to do. So, what does a boy of 16 year old having 1st degree depression (means thinking a lot about the bad things happening to you and going sian 1/2) do? Heres what some ppl will suggest:
1) Watch Television!?
With a variety of television channels ranging from channel 1~60++ in SCV, one can never go bored right?
Answer: Hell wrong, parents occupy the nice television with the CABLE installed to it. And they're going their COLON-NO-MANIA non stop! Even during meals they bring the damn VCDs down to watch and eat at the same time. Grrr...
2)PLAY the computer!
Answer: Well, for your information geniuses, i have been BANNED from the playing the computer. Parents may have their eyes glued to the malicious television screens robbing them of their perfect eyesight, but they still have time to glance around the room at the speed of 1/10000th of a second to see what their "darling" child is doing.
3)Cook!
Answer: and burn the kitchen? I have no hams/luncheon meat/chocolate jam to make sandwiches or what so ever. Its a LONG TIME since i last went to cold storage to stock up on food since the DRIVERS(parents) are stuck at home getting a "healthy" dosage of colon-craziness.
4)Ride the bike?
Answer: its raining genius..
5) Fine..fine..STUDY THEN! BUILD YOUR FUTURE!
Answer: *uni has logged off*

Thank goodness I am not infected with colon-no-mania or you'll classify me together with the 'older generation' 'china folks'! I'm probably one of the last few females in Singapore who is clueless about Korean soaps.
On a separate point, I am very intrigued by your last post -- the super-long WordPower re-production.
Questions:
1) Did you pay Shimin for the copyright?
2) Did you pay Shimin to do all the dirty work??!!
3) Did other people in F41 pay you to pay Shimin to get it re-produced in a public domain??!!
